Wellness design for alleviating stress and promoting overall wellbeing has been a top priority, as well as a sustainability-first mindset that emphasizes sustainability embedded into both the form and function of a space.”Resimercial” remains a  legitimate design movement, with designers creating flexible designs that feel more like home in both work and hospitality spaces. Industry-wide, the underlying sentiment has continued to be one of optimism and reinvention. The owner of a large Texas auto dealership specifically requested a polished look for the company's all-new building, providing Bennett Design Group LLC with a challenge to balance heavy pedestrian traffic with safety in a contemporary, modern style. Design teams for the new University of South Florida Judy Genshaft Honors College in Tampa created a unique facility to serve talented students and faculty fostering interdisciplinary learning and creativity across multiple academic fields in the arts, social sciences, natural sciences, and humanities.
